Welcome to the History Corridor. The display that awaits you encapsulates the 90-year history of Latrobe Area Hospital and the community that we serve. Through historic images and artifacts, Exhibit Associates, Inc. of Pittsburgh has captured the essence of our past and painstakingly preserved it. We are indebted to artists Jim Loney and David Ludwig for their unflagging attention to detail and their dogged pursuit of archival treasures that turn a static exhibit into an interactive display. Certainly, their creativity could not be realized without the generous support of the individuals, organizations and corporations that have made this project possible. Working hand in hand with the Latrobe Area Hospital Charitable Foundation, our exhibit sponsors include the Latrobe Hospital School of Nursing Alumni, the LAH Aid Society and The Little Shop and the LAH Medical Staff. Community support comes from The McFeely-Rogers Foundation, Commercial National Bank of Pennsylvania, The Katherine Mabis McKenna Foundation, The Kennametal Foundation, Mellon Bank, N.A. and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph A. Mosso, Sr. Our story is their story. We thank them for helping to keep our past ever vibrant and our future ever promising.
