MINCEP Epilepsy Care Company Profile

15:37 EST 15th December 2018 | BioPortfolio

MINCEP was the first comprehensive epilepsy center in the United States and has served as a model for epilepsy centers throughout the world. MINCEP is a change organization. We improve what we do and how we do it every month of the year. Unfortunately, many institutions put a sign on the door and claim they have an epilepsy center. Most do not meet the standards of the National Association of Epilepsy Centers for a Level IV epilepsy center. MINCEPs strict standards as a center of excellence even exceed the NAEC requirements. MINCEP was a founding member of NAEC.MINCEP strives to provide services to patients at a reasonable cost and as conveniently as possible. Unless critically ill and transferring from another hospital, all patients are initially seen in our outpatient clinic. Only a third of MINCEP patients eventually require hospitalization, including many who come from great distances. We tailor diagnosis and treatment to each individual patient.
