Finally, an affordable product that medical professionals can use in their own office to process all generated sharps and then throw them, LEGALLY, into regular office trash. In seconds, the Needle-EaterTM pulverizes and disinfects sharps into unrecognizable and non-biohazardous particles. Disposable containers of disinfectant liquid render the sharps non-infectious. When the container is filled, with more than 125 sharps, a catalyst pack is added. The contents are chemically encapsulated into a solid polymer matrix.
The complete process meets regulations for ordinary office trash disposal.
