They are staffed with experienced, onsite Clinical Research Coordinators who are full-time NMI employees - more than 75% of whom have medical degrees. The company has an extensive and exhaustive process to identify investigators, many of whom are trained in Western institutions and, offer disease-specific expertise gained in their regions. The staff at the locations are provided protocol specific GCP training for consistently high-quality research.
