In 1994 a team of scientists and engineers of the All-Russian Research Institute of Radio Engineering established a small company, RES Ltd. - Radio & Electronic Systems. The main business of Company was development of radioelectronic systems and microwave devices. The advantage of Company is high scientifically qualified developers. Specialists of RES who include six Doctors of Philosophy and Professors have published 10 monographs and more than 250 papers in Russian and foreign magazines and got more than fifty patents.
