Virginia Bio Foundation Company Profile

The Virginia Bio Foundation, a not for profit subsidiary of Virginia Bio, develops and promotes programs designed to expose students to careers in the biosciences and particularly to offer internships and to encourage young students, before they choose specific careers, to appreciate and participate in the challenging course work that is needed to pursue careers in the biosciences. The Foundation’s long term goal is to assure a strong pipeline of qualified job candidates for Virginia’s fast growing bioscience industry and to develop the next generation of bioscience entrepreneurs.
