Founded in 2014, Aspen Park Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a privately held therapeutics company that focuses on the development of men’s health therapies for important medical diseases and conditions. The men’s health therapeutics market is estimated to be $10 billion worldwide. Two urologists, Dr. Harry Fisch and Dr. Mitchell Steiner, cofounded the company. Aspen Park Pharmaceuticals is developing a late stage proprietary patented clomiphene formulation for the treatment of male secondary hypogonadism. In addition, the company is in litigation with Repros Therapeutics to include Dr. Harry Fisch as a coinventor on patents claiming the use of a formulation of clomiphene called Androxal® to treat secondary hypogonadism. The NDA for Androxal® is expected to be filed by Repros in early 2015. The trial is scheduled for February 2015. All issued patents and pending patent applications related to the use of clomiphene for the treatment of testosterone deficiency are owned by the Company. Aspen Park Pharmaceuticals is also planning to launch in the United States the PREBOOST™ OTC product for the prevention of premature ejaculation. PREBOOST™ OTC is an individual medicated wipe that desensitizes the penis after topical application to help temporarily prolong time to ejaculation.
