The Cortex Workbench application gives unparalleled visibility into the status of a field ticket, allowing the submitting Supplier the ability to monitor its progress, and action any delays immediately. This visibility and direct communication with other Trading Partners means faster processing and reduces the days sales outstanding for Suppliers.
Already Integrated Functionality
The strength of CTPN lies in its ability to integrate with any ticketing, workflow or ERP system and by delivering Field Ticket Approval through the Cortex Workbench application; customers avoid large costs associated with large scale software integration projects. Customers can enhance their existing Workbench functionality to include Field Ticket Approval with no additional integrations required.
