(“Global Power” or the “Company”) (NYSE:GLPW) securities during the period between March 9, 2015 and May 6, 2015, inclusive (the “Class Period”).  Investors who wish to become proactively involved in the litigation have until July 13, 2015 to seek appointment as lead plaintiff.

According to the complaint, following the Company’s May 5, 2015 disclosure that the Company, in consultation with its outside advisors and management, concluded that the financial statements for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2014 should not be relied upon due to understatement of the cost of sales, the value of Global Power shares declined significantly.
