NEW YORK, July 20, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Law Offices of Vincent Wong announce that a class action lawsuit has been commenced in the USDC for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited ("Yingli" or "the Company") (NYSE:YGE) American Depositary Shares between March 18, 2014 and May 15, 2015.
The complaint alleges that defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (a) the Company was inappropriately recognizing revenue; (b) the Company had no reasonable prospects to collect on certain accounts receivable based on historical customer conduct; (c) the Company was no longer able to borrow from commercial banks to fund its operations; and (d) the Company's inability to raise additional capital or borrow funds from commercial banks threatened its ability to continue.
On May 15, 2015, the Company filed its Annual Report with the SEC, disclosing that there is doubt that Yingli can remain solvent.
If you suffered a loss in Yingli you have until July 27, 2015 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn't require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
