LONDON, July 21, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Global Ship Lease, Inc. (NYSE:GSL), a containership charter owner, announced today that it will hold a conference call to discuss the Company's results for the second quarter of 2015 on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time. The Company will issue financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015 on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 before the open of market trading.

Global Ship Lease owns 19 vessels with a total capacity of 82,475 TEU and an average age, weighted by TEU capacity, at June 30, 2015 of 11.2 years. All 19 vessels are currently fixed on time charters, 15 of which are with CMA CGM.
