Dr. Donovan Hutchings, of Churn Creek Chiropractic in Redding, California, is excited to announce the addition of a massage therapist to the practice. He believes it's the perfect complement to the chiropractic services available and wants to get the word out that massage therapy offers a few benefits many people don't even know about.
"In addition to pain relief for the neck and lower and upper back," says Dr. Hutchings, "massage therapy also helps to increase range of motion, blood circulation, reduce swelling, ease muscle tension, reduce muscle spasms, reduce stress, and assist the body in its own overall recovery efforts."
Churn Creek Chiropractic now houses three certified massage therapists, who all bring unique skills and talents to the massage table.
Alicia specializes in deep tissue massage. She is currently working her way through nursing school as massage therapist and when she's not busy working with patients at Churn Creek Chiropractic or in school, she can be found studying or working out at the gym.
Natalie comes to Churn Creek Chiropractic with ten years of experience in the wellness and healthcare field. In her spare time, Natalie loves to walk her dog, Gordo, along the river and also shares fresh baked goodies with the staff.

Becoming a massage therapist has been an important long-term goal for Brandy and she is excited to work with the amazing staff at Churn Creek Chiropractic.
