In addition to being board certified, physicians designated as part of TopLine MD Health Alliance are committed to enhancing the patient experience through optimal culture and customer service training. They also offer a suite of services for their patients, such as patient engagement tools and digital medical and wellness content, to improve access to care and health information.
The TopLine MD Health Alliance brand was inspired by recent changes brought about by the Affordable Care Act, including greater cost-sharing for many healthcare consumers. With these changes in mind, Femwell created a clear measure of value for the 500,000+ patients who already rely on its physician clients, as well as new patients looking for a physician.
