(Nasdaq:ICPT), a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of novel therapeutics to treat progressive non-viral liver diseases, today announced that it will report its fourth quarter and full year 2016 financial results prior to the NASDAQ market open on Thursday, February 23, 2017. Intercept management will conduct a conference call and audio webcast on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss these results.
