Integrated Pain Consultants is now offering effective neck pain and headache relief with radiofrequency ablation. The treatment offers over a year of average pain relief to over 80% of patients and is performed by a Double Board Certified pain specialist at two Valley locations. In addition, headaches achieve relief with the treatment as well. Call (480) 374-3448 for more information and scheduling with the top Arizona pain center.
Chronic neck pain results from arthritis, whiplash, failed surgery or other conditions. All too often, surgery is not a great option. There are several short term relief procedures available, but nothing as effective to date as the radiofrequency ablation procedure. There are several types of headaches that achieve relief as well with the procedure.
The RFA procedure is performed as an outpatient, and takes about an hour to perform. The procedure typically helps patients reduce the need for opiate medications. If the chronic neck pain returns, then the radiofrequency procedure may easily be performed again with the expectation of the same result.
There are additional procedures being available for neck pain including medial branch blocks, facet injections and epidural steroid injections. All of the procedures entail very low risk and significant upside. Stem cell procedures are performed as well, which have the capacity to regenerate cartilage, tendon and ligament tissue.
Most commercial insurance is accepted at Integrated Pain Consultants, with locations in both Scottsdale and Mesa scheduling new patients. Call (480) 374-3448 to schedule with the top pain management doctors in Arizona!
