A new piece will talk about this hot-button issue and will feature climate professionals.

(PRWEB) February 26, 2017

Rob Lowe is a well recognized television personality, so it seems natural he would host a public television series. This series, called "Informed," focuses on issues that are important to the American public and important to society at large. An upcoming episode will focus on the climate change issue, which has been a hot topic around the world for a few years.

The climate and how we relate to it has been an important topic for many years, but even more so recently. It seems climate change is pretty well obvious, and even opponents of the idea of man-made climate change often concede that the climate is indeed changing. The basic question, and one that will be addressed by this program, will be the effects of climate change and the shifting infrastructure in the US in order to plan for it. The segment will also discuss new technology to try to curtail the level of pollution in the atmosphere, which could yield a slowdown of detrimental effects. This episode will look at evidence and will interview experts on the topic.

The program, "Informed," with Rob Low, is done for public television. It is edited carefully, both the manuscript and the filming itself, to make sure it meets high quality professional standards before it is sent out to the world. PBS member Public Television stations receive the programming nationwide.
