In addition, LeafCann Group and Resolve Digital Health will conduct clinical trials and pilot studies on the device and formulations in Australia.
LeafCann Group will retain an exclusive licence to sell and distribute the Breeze device for three years, with an option to extend. LeafCann Group will seek import licences for the Breeze Inhaler and pods for clinical trials and to meet demand from Australia’s Special Access Schemes, which allow for limited access to medical devices not yet registered on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods.
