2 October 2017 – Chris Lynch has been appointed as Alzheimer's Disease Internaitonal's (ADI's) Director of Policy, Communication and Publications and Deputy CEO. Chris has joined the team in London after almost 5 years with Alzheimer Scotland, serving as Deputy Director for Communications, Marketing and Events.
Chris says, "I am delighted to be joining ADI at such an important and poignant time - following the adoption of the global plan on dementia by the World Health Organisation in May this year. I am looking forward to joining CEO Paola Barbarino and the truly dedicated ADI team and to meeting and being reacquainted with the wider ADI family over the coming months."
Paola Barbarino, CEO of ADI, says "I am thrilled with Chris joining the team. Given his experience he will be a timely addition at this key turning point for the organization. I hope everyone will join us in welcoming him."
