Company makes key hire to address explosive healthcare marketplace growth

HCS (, a leading provider of enterprise-wide and easy-to-use, clinical and financial technology solutions to LTACH, senior living, and behavioral health facilities, has announced the appointment of Mitchell J. Morgan as Director of Sales for the organization.

Morgan previously came to HCS in 2009 as an Account Executive where he helped propel growth of the Interactant platform in the long-term acute care (LTACH) market. When CMS announced the implementation of the LTCH CARE Data Set in 2012, his strategy for HCS’s product launch allowed the company to expand its client base to support LTACHs nationwide in the effort to meet the mandate, and avoid Medicare payment reductions. Before rejoining HCS, Morgan spent the last several years successfully serving as Regional Sales Director for dbtech, a leading provider of solutions to manage, share, and protect mission-critical content within healthcare organizations.
