New ClientTrack Data Analytics Program unveiled; designed to efficiently collect quality data and provide streamlined reporting

Eccovia Solutions, the provider of ClientTrack—an industry-leading care coordination platform—announced today key takeaways and insights from “Connecting Communities,” a user forum hosted yesterday at the Microsoft Technology Center in Philadelphia. The unique event brought together ClientTrack users from across the healthcare and human services spectrum to share success stories, discuss best practices and learn about new features.

Users from organizations focused on a wide range of services, including resolving homelessness, coordinating care between clinics and providing nutrition for people living with chronic diseases, shared real-life examples of successfully integrating ClientTrack to capture and manage social determinant data, as well as best practices to communicate across providers.

During the forum, Eccovia Solutions announced a new product that is now available. Built on the Microsoft Power BI tools, ClientTrack Data Analytics gives the user powerful insights into a wide range of health and social determinant data. This integration expands the existing technology partnership between Eccovia Solutions and Microsoft, which hosts ClientTrack on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
