As a former member of Baker McKenzie’s global healthcare industry group, she brings with her significant depth of experience in capital markets transactions in the healthcare sector. Ms Yung has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada (Woodward/White) as a leading lawyer in Securities Law (2011 to 2017) and as a Leading Practitioner for Corporate Finance (2018 Canadian Legal Expert® Directory). Ms Yung is admitted to the bar in Ontario and British Columbia.
