Vaping illness ‘breakthrough’ points to vitamin E oil as a cause, CDC says

Investigators have zeroed in on a synthetic form of vitamin E that can cause serious damage when inhaled. The findings come as the number of those stricken by vaping-related sickness has climbed to at least 2,051 in 49 states, with 39 deaths.
