Palo Alto, CA-based Anacor Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ANAC) said today it has formed a research collaboration with Scottsdale, AZ-based Medicis Pharmaceutical (NYSE: MRX) to discover and develop boron-based small molecule drugs against acne.
