Recurrence of TB in an individual can occur due to relapse of the same strain or reinfection by a different strain. The contribution of reinfection and relapse to TB incidence, and the factors associa...
Endometrial cancer is the most common gynaecological malignancy amongst the developed world. The incidence of its precursor, endometrial hyperplasia, is estimated to be more than three times greater, ...
Endometrial carcinoma is the most common gynaecologic malignancy in the world and develops through preliminary stages of endometrial hyperplasia. Atypical endometrial hyperplasia ...
This study aimed to identify critical prognostic molecular markers in Childhood acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and construct nomogram-based model for prognostic prediction. The RNA-sequencing profiles a...
The purpose of this study was to test the hypothesis that convolutional neural networks can be used to predict which patients with pure atypical ductal hyperplasia (ADH) may be safely monitored rather...
This phase IIa trial studies how well exemestane works in treating patients with complex atypical hyperplasia of the endometrium/endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia or grade 1 endometria...
RATIONALE: Studying levels of mesothelin and osteopontin in samples of blood from patients with mesothelioma or atypical mesothelial hyperplasia may help doctors identify biomarkers relate...
The purpose of this trial is to study the efficacy, toxicity, and tolerability of a standard hormonal regimen of Megace in the treatment of Atypical Endometrial Hyperplasia or well to mod...
This research study is evaluating how patients feel physically and emotionally after a prior breast biopsy for specific breast conditions (including atypical lesions such as atypical ducta...
This pilot clinical trial studies whether obese stage I-II endometrial cancer survivors or patients with atypical hyperplasia (abnormal cells in the lining of the uterus) would go see a we...
Benign proliferation of the ENDOMETRIUM in the UTERUS. Endometrial hyperplasia is classified by its cytology and glandular tissue. There are simple, complex (adenomatous without atypia), and atypical hyperplasia representing also the ascending risk of becoming malignant.
So-called atypical species of the genus MYCOBACTERIUM. They are also called tuberculoid bacilli, i.e.: M. buruli, M. chelonae, M. duvalii, M. flavescens, M. fortuitum, M. gilvum, M. gordonae, M. intracellulare (see MYCOBACTERIUM AVIUM COMPLEX;), M. kansasii, M. marinum, M. obuense, M. scrofulaceum, M. szulgai, M. terrae, M. ulcerans, M. xenopi.

Procedures for finding the mathematical function which best describes the relationship between a dependent variable and one or more independent variables. In linear regression (see LINEAR MODELS) the relationship is constrained to be a straight line and LEAST-SQUARES ANALYSIS is used to determine the best fit. In logistic regression (see LOGISTIC MODELS) the dependent variable is qualitative rather than continuously variable and LIKELIHOOD FUNCTIONS are used to find the best relationship. In multiple regression, the dependent variable is considered to depend on more than a single independent variable.
