Summary of "A comparative study of proximal femoral locking compress plate, proximal femoral nail antirotation and dynamic hip screw in intertrochanteric fractures."

We aimed to compare the clinical efficacy of three different internal fixation methods, i.e. proximal femoral locking compress plate (PF-LCP), proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA) and dynamic hip screw (DHS) system in intertrochanteric femur fracture.

A cartilage-capped benign tumor that often appears as a stalk on the surface of bone. It is probably a developmental malformation rather than a true neoplasm and is usually found in the metaphysis of the distal femur, proximal tibia, or proximal humerus. Osteochondroma is the most common of benign bone tumors.
