Summary of "New therapeutic protocol for improvement of endometrial receptivity (PRIMER) for patients with recurrent implantation failure (RIF) - A pilot study."

To evaluate whether or not one should use a new Protocol for Endometrial Receptivity Improvement (PRIMER) based on platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and granulocyte colony-stimulation factor (G-CSF) to enhance ongoing pregnancy rates in patients with recurrent implantation failure (RIF).

miR-183-5p regulates uterine receptivity and enhances embryo implantation.

Receptive endometrium is a prerequisite for successful embryo implantation, and it follows that poor endometrial receptivity is a leading cause of implantation failure. MicroRNAs (miRs) play important...

Aberrant DNA methylation profiling affecting the endometrial receptivity in recurrent implantation failure patients undergoing IVF.

DNA methylation profile in mid-secretory phase of endometrium is reported to be varied from other phases in natural menstrual cycle. Therefore, we intended to study the impairment in endometrial recep...

What is the clinical impact of the endometrial receptivity array in PGT-A and oocyte donation cycles?

To evaluate the influence of the endometrial receptivity array (ERA) test on the implantation rate (IR) and pregnancy rate (PR) in patients with previous failed euploid embryo transfers (Euploid-ET) o...

Endometrial morphological characteristics in patients with hysteromyoma and chronic endometritis in infertility.

To characterize endometrial structural and functional state and receptivity in women with hysteromyoma (HM) and chronic endometritis (CE) in infertile couples.

The endometrial function and endometrial receptivity have been accepted to be major limiting factors in the establishment of pregnancy. In spite of improved almost all aspects of IVF: ovar...

Medical and Biotech [MESH] Definitions

Neoplasms of the endometrial stroma that sometimes involve the MYOMETRIUM. These tumors contain cells that may closely or remotely resemble the normal stromal cells. Endometrial stromal neoplasms are divided into three categories: (1) benign stromal nodules; (2) low-grade stromal sarcoma, or endolymphatic stromal myosis; and (3) malignant endometrial stromal sarcoma (SARCOMA, ENDOMETRIAL STROMAL).

A unique DNA sequence of a replicon at which DNA REPLICATION is initiated and proceeds bidirectionally or unidirectionally. It contains the sites where the first separation of the complementary strands occurs, a primer RNA is synthesized, and the switch from primer RNA to DNA synthesis takes place. (Rieger et al., Glossary of Genetics: Classical and Molecular, 5th ed)

The extension of endometrial tissue (ENDOMETRIUM) into the MYOMETRIUM. It usually occurs in women in their reproductive years and may result in a diffusely enlarged uterus with ectopic and benign endometrial glands and stroma.

Therapeutic use of humor and laughter to improve emotional well being in order to facilitate improvement in health.

Benign proliferation of the ENDOMETRIUM in the UTERUS. Endometrial hyperplasia is classified by its cytology and glandular tissue. There are simple, complex (adenomatous without atypia), and atypical hyperplasia representing also the ascending risk of becoming malignant.
