Summary of "Novel burr hole dilator for endoscopic surgery for intracranial hemorrhagic lesion: technical note."

When performing burr hole endoscopic neurosurgery, it is necessary to get enough surgical corridor. We have used various instrument extending burr hole size, it was cumbersome to use many tools. In this report, we describe developed novel instruments that burr hole dilator attachment and cordless handle with simple and safe to extend a burr hole.
