To assess the benefit of the recombinant human interleukin-1 receptor antagonist, anakinra, in treating pediatric patients with secondary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (sHLH) / macrophage activation syndrome (MAS) associated with rheumatologic and non-rheumatologic conditions.
