Congenital heart patients have high heart-transplant waitlist mortality, and mechanical support is suboptimal. To evaluate feasibility of cardiac grafts from a genetically-engineered triple-knockout pig as a bridge to allotransplantation, preformed anti-pig antibodies were measured in pediatric and adult patients.
