Summary of "CXCR3 from chemokine receptor family correlates with immune infiltration and predicts poor survival in osteosarcoma."

Chemokine receptors have a crucial role in regulating tumor mediating immunity and also implicated in the prognosis of some cancers. Here, the association between CXC chemokine receptors (CXCR2-5) and prognosis in osteosarcoma was studied.

The role of CXC chemokine ligand 16 in physiological and pathological pregnancies.

The survival and development of a semi-allogeneic fetus during pregnancy requires the involvement of a series of cytokines and immune cells. Chemokines are a type of special cytokine that were origina...

Structural Basis of Chemokine and Receptor Interactions: Key Regulators of Leukocyte Recruitment in Inflammatory Responses.

In response to infection or injury, the body mounts an inflammatory immune response in order to neutralize pathogens and promote tissue repair. The key effector cells for these responses are the leuko...

CXCL11 promotes tumor progression by the biased use of the chemokine receptors CXCR3 and CXCR7.

The chemokine, CXCL11, is highly expressed in different solid tumors and controls tumor growth, metastasis, and lymphocyte infiltration. Although of potential clinical interest, it is presently unknow...

An INTEFERON-inducible CXC chemokine that is specific for the CXCR3 RECEPTOR.

A CXC chemokine that is induced by GAMMA-INTERFERON and is chemotactic for MONOCYTES and T-LYMPHOCYTES. It has specificity for the CXCR3 RECEPTOR.

A CXC chemokine that is induced by GAMMA-INTERFERON. It is a chemotactic factor for activated T-LYMPHOCYTES and has specificity for the CXCR3 RECEPTOR.

CXCR receptors that are expressed on the surface of a number of cell types, including T-LYMPHOCYTES; NK CELLS; DENDRITIC CELLS; and a subset of B-LYMPHOCYTES. The receptors are activated by CHEMOKINE CXCL9; CHEMOKINE CXCL10; and CHEMOKINE CXCL11.

A CC chemokine with specificity for CCR5 RECEPTORS. It is a chemoattractant for NK CELLS; MONOCYTES and a variety of other immune cells. This chemokine is encoded by multiple genes.
