First-line checkpoint inhibitors in PD-L1-positive patients with advanced urothelial carcinoma.

More than 50% of all patients with advanced urothelial carcinoma cannot receive highly toxic cisplatin-based chemotherapy as the first-line treatment because of their unsatisfactory performance status and co-morbidities.
