Cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF), broadly defined as the body's ability to utilize oxygen, is a well-established prognostic marker of health, but it is not routinely measured. This may be due to the difficulty of acquiring high-quality CRF measures. The purpose of this study was to independently determine the validity of the Fitbit Charge 2's measure of CRF (Fitbit CRF).

After serious illnesses, financial responsibilities may result in lost wages, forced unemployment, and other financial burdens, collectively described as financial toxicity. Results show that in the short-term, as a consequence financial crises, emissions decrease for all gases excep...

Technical Note: Optimal sampling schedules for kidney dosimetry based on the hybrid planar/SPECT method in Lu-PSMA therapy.

Accurate and precise renal dosimetry during Lu-PSMA radioligand therapy is crucial for therapy decisions. Sampling schedules for estimating the necessary time-integrated activity coefficients (TIACs) are not optimized and standardized for clinical practice. Therefore, a simulation study to determine optimal sampling schedules (OSS) was performed on 13 virtual Lu-PSMA I&T therapy patients.
