Study of molecular association in acetic acid-water binary solution by Raman spectroscopy.

Raman spectra of acetic acid-water binary solutions with different concentrations have been measured in order to study molecular association of acetic acid. Thirty strains of , including 27 intended used in the food industry of China, were studied for their ochratoxin A (OTA) production on the three natural substrates-corn, rice, and wheat bran-at different time intervals by high-performance liquid chromatography.
