Analysis of mainland Japanese and Okinawan Japanese populations using the precision ID Ancestry Panel.

We typed 165 AIMs in 49 mainland Japanese and 47 Okinawa Japanese using the Precision ID Ancestry Panel (Thermo Fisher Scientific).
