This is a Phase I, open-label, multi-center, multi-national, dose escalation, single agent study to determine the recommended Phase II dose (RP2D) of MCLA-158 in metastatic colorectal canc...
This is a First-in-Human, single arm, open-label, multi-national study designed to determine the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of MCLA 117.
A Phase 2, open-label, multicenter international study will be performed to evaluate the efficacy of MCLA-128-based combinations. Three combination treatments will be evaluated, two in Coh...
The aim of this study is the safety and efficacy of anti-PD-L1 plus CIK immunotherapy to multiple solid tumors.
This is a Phase 1 study designed to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and toxicity of intratumoral administration of VSV-IFNβ-NIS in patients with refractory advanced/metastatic ...
Solid pseudopapillary tumour is a rare carcinoma of the pancreas with low-grade malignant potential that typically presents in females in their third decade. The tumour most commonly occurs in the tai...
The clinical data and paraffin-embedded samples of 47 cases of primary anorectal malignant melanomas (ARMMs) detected from 2004 to 2017 were collected to investigate the clinicopathological characteri...
The highly complex and heterogenous ecosystem of a tumour not only contains malignant cells, but also interacting cells from the host such as endothelial cells, stromal fibroblasts, and a variety of i...
In the tumour, node and metastasis (TNM) classification (8th edition) of non-small-cell lung cancer, T (tumour size) is determined solely according to the size of the solid component determined using ...
We present a rare case of giant adrenal pseudocyst as a cause of right upper quadrant (RUQ) pain and highlight the typical multimodality imaging features. The case demonstrates the imaging features as...
A malignant cystic or semisolid tumor most often occurring in the ovary. Rarely, one is solid. This tumor may develop from a mucinous cystadenoma, or it may be malignant at the onset. The cysts are lined with tall columnar epithelial cells; in others, the epithelium consists of many layers of cells that have lost normal structure entirely. In the more undifferentiated tumors, one may see sheets and nests of tumor cells that have very little resemblance to the parent structure. (Hughes, Obstetric-Gynecologic Terminology, 1972, p184)
Presence of fluid in the PLEURAL CAVITY as a complication of malignant disease. Malignant pleural effusions often contain actual malignant cells.
A transplantable, poorly differentiated malignant tumor which appeared originally as a spontaneous breast carcinoma in a mouse. It grows in both solid and ascitic forms.
Garbage, refuse, or sludge, or other discarded materials from a wastewater treatment plant, water supply treatment plant, and air pollution control facility that include solid, semi-solid, or contained material. It does not include materials dissolved in domestic sewage, irrigation return flows, or industrial discharges.
Fractionation of a vaporized sample as a consequence of partition between a mobile gaseous phase and a stationary phase held in a column. Two types are gas-solid chromatography, where the fixed phase is a solid, and gas-liquid, in which the stationary phase is a nonvolatile liquid supported on an inert solid matrix.
