1. To compare the response rates and toxicity of R-CHOP versus DA-EPOCH-R in untreated CD20+ diffuse large B-cell lymphomas.
2. To compare the event-free survival of R-CHOP versus DA-EPOCH-R chemotherapy in untreated CD20+ diffuse large B-cell lymphomas.
3. To develop predictors of outcome of R-CHOP and DA-EPOCH-R chemotherapy.

The purpose of this study is to replace a drug with many side effects, procarbazine, with a new novel drug, vorinostat, in a drug combination for the treatment of patients with diffuse lar...
The goal of this clinical research study is to learn if the combination of rituximab, lenalidomide, and ibrutinib, when given alone and with standard chemotherapy (called EPOCH - Etoposide...
RATIONALE: Studying PET scans given to patients with cancer who are undergoing treatment may help doctors predict how patients will respond to treatment. PURPOSE: This clinical trial is s...
Study of the Combination of Rituximab, Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, VELCADE, and Prednisone or Rituximab, Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, Vincristine, and Prednisone in Patients With Newly Diagnosed Mantle Cell Lymphoma
This is a randomized, open-label, multicentre, prospective study to compare the efficacy and safety of the combination of VcR-CAP to that of R-CHOP in patients who have newly diagnosed man...
This multicenter, open-label, dose-escalation study will evaluate the safety and anti-tumor activity of DCDS4501A in combination with rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin and prednison...
Salvage immunochemotherapy followed by high-dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplantation is the standard-of-care second-line treatment for patients with relapsed/refractory diffuse large...
To describe the cost of treating diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in Malawi under the following circumstances: (1) palliation only, (2) first-line cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and ...
We assessed the prognostic value of new radiomic features (RF) characterizing the lesion dissemination in baseline F-FDG PET and tested whether combining them with baseline metabolic tumour volume (MT...
R-CHOP (rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone) is the standard therapy for patients with previously untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphomas (DLBCL). Dose-dense two-weekly ...
We report the first case of double-hit (MYC and BCL-6) monomorphic post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder in a patient status post liver transplantation. Our patient is a 71-year-old man with a ...
A semisynthetic derivative of PODOPHYLLOTOXIN that exhibits antitumor activity. Etoposide inhibits DNA synthesis by forming a complex with topoisomerase II and DNA. This complex induces breaks in double stranded DNA and prevents repair by topoisomerase II binding. Accumulated breaks in DNA prevent entry into the mitotic phase of cell division, and lead to cell death. Etoposide acts primarily in the G2 and S phases of the cell cycle.
A microtubule subunit protein found in large quantities in mammalian brain. It has also been isolated from SPERM FLAGELLUM; CILIA; and other sources. Structurally, the protein is a dimer with a molecular weight of approximately 120,000 and a sedimentation coefficient of 5.8S. It binds to COLCHICINE; VINCRISTINE; and VINBLASTINE.
Precursor of an alkylating nitrogen mustard antineoplastic and immunosuppressive agent that must be activated in the LIVER to form the active aldophosphamide. It has been used in the treatment of LYMPHOMA and LEUKEMIA. Its side effect, ALOPECIA, has been used for defleecing sheep. Cyclophosphamide may also cause sterility, birth defects, mutations, and cancer.
A murine-derived monoclonal antibody and ANTINEOPLASTIC AGENT that binds specifically to the CD20 ANTIGEN and is used in the treatment of LEUKEMIA; LYMPHOMA and RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS.
Antineoplastic antibiotic obtained from Streptomyces peucetius. It is a hydroxy derivative of DAUNORUBICIN.
In a clinical trial or interventional study, participants receive specific interventions according to the research plan or protocol created by the investigators. These interventions may be medical products, such as drugs or devices; procedures; or change...
