Postoperative Pain and Discomfort After Orbital Decompression

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the postoperative pain and discomfort using flurbiprofen axetil or nalbuphine administration after orbital decompression under general anesthesia.

A Study on Central Transport Characteristics of Flurbiprofen Axetil in Elderly Patients

The project will apply the methods of clinical observation experiment to study the central transport characteristics of flurbiprofen axetil by detecting S-flurbiprofen and R-flurbiprofen c...

Flurbiprofen Axetil for Uterine Contraction Pain

Uterine contraction pain is a common problem after abortion. Optimal analgesic for such suffering is still needed to be guaranteed. Flurbiprofen Axetil is a target-distributable non-steroi...

Dexamethasone, Flurbiprofen Axetil and Delirium After Lung Cancer Surgery

Delirium is a common complication in elderly patients after surgery. And its occurrence is associated with worse outcomes. The causes of delirium are multifactorial but may include pain, s...

Dexamethasone, Flurbiprofen Axetil and Long-term Survival After Lung Cancer Surgery

Surgical resection is the first choice treatment for patients with non-small-cell lung cancer. Despite of advances in surgical techniques, the long-term survival rate of postoperative pati...

Flurbiprofen axetil for postoperative analgesia in upper abdominal surgery: a randomized, parallel controlled, double-blind, multicenter clinical study.

To investigate the efficacy and safety of flurbiprofen axetil in postoperative analgesia in upper abdominal surgery.

A novel finding of nalbuphine-6-glucuronide, an active opiate metabolite, possessing potent antinociceptive effects: Synthesis and biological evaluation.

Nalbuphine, a partial agonist/antagonist opioid analgesic, is structurally related to morphine. It is equipotent to morphine and has no serious side effects. In the past few decades, studies focusing ...

Intraoperative Flurbiprofen Treatment Alters Immune Checkpoint Expression in Patients Undergoing Elective Thoracoscopic Resection of Lung Cancer.

This study aimed to determine the effect of intraoperative administration of flurbiprofen on postoperative levels of programmed death-1 (PD-1) in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery.

A dual system platform for drug metabolism: Nalbuphine as a model compound.

Reaction phenotyping is a method commonly used for characterizing drug metabolism. It determines the drug metabolic pathways and ratios by measuring the metabolized fractions of individual enzymes. Ho...

Nalbuphine for Analgesia After Orthognathic Surgery and Its Effect on Postoperative Inflammatory and Oxidative Stress: A Randomized Double-Blind Controlled Trial.

Postoperative pain is a negative factor that seriously affects a surgical patient's rehabilitation. We investigated whether nalbuphine provides superior postoperative analgesia in orthognathic surgery...

Medical and Biotech [MESH] Definitions

An anti-inflammatory analgesic and antipyretic of the phenylalkynoic acid series. It has been shown to reduce bone resorption in periodontal disease by inhibiting CARBONIC ANHYDRASE.

A narcotic used as a pain medication. It appears to be an agonist at kappa opioid receptors and an antagonist or partial agonist at mu opioid receptors.

Surgical procedures conducted with the aid of computers. This is most frequently used in orthopedic and laparoscopic surgery for implant placement and instrument guidance. Image-guided surgery interactively combines prior CT scans or MRI images with real-time video.

Surgery which could be postponed or not done at all without danger to the patient. Elective surgery includes procedures to correct non-life-threatening medical problems as well as to alleviate conditions causing psychological stress or other potential risk to patients, e.g., cosmetic or contraceptive surgery.
