This is a first-in-human, open-label, dose escalation and expansion, 2-part study to determine the safety, tolerability, and maximum tolerated dose of Andes-1537 for Injection in patients ...
This is a Phase I clinical study for evaluating the safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of repeated doses, dose escalation of GR1405 injection in patients with advanced soli...
This is a Phase 1, randomized, placebo controlled, double-blind, dose escalation trial of 48 males and non-pregnant females, 18-49 years old, inclusive, who are in good health and meet all...
The objectives of this study are to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic profile of HB002.1T, a human immunoglobulin Fc fusion protein containing domain 2 and flanking se...
The purpose of this study is to determine if Angiocal® (PRS-050-PEG40) is safe and well tolerated when it is injected into the veins of patients with solid tumors. Other purposes of this ...
It is a great challenge to directly endow a tumor with specific functions for theranostic treatment. In this study, we report on a novel approach to transform a tumor into a "bio-magnet", to be magnet...
Tumor-infiltrating fibroblasts are a heterogeneous population, and different subpopulations play differential roles in tumor microenvironment. However, the prognostic role of podoplanin+ fibroblasts i...
Oxygen is known as an irreplaceable gas in the lives of most eukaryotic cells, yet researchers underestimate its importance, as in the case in many studies of tumors. The variable oxygen content of ma...
Solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas is a rare tumor of low malignant potential. The aim of this paper is to present and discuss a case of solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas occurring ...
Nanoparticles preferentially target and accumulate in tumor due to the abnormality of tumor vasculature. However, unsatisfactory solid tumor penetration somewhat limits the therapeutic efficacy. Herei...
Adverse reactions that occur initially at the site of injection or infusion. Milder type is confined to a local allergic flare reaction. A more severe reaction is caused by extravasation of VESICANTS from the blood vessel at the site of injection and can cause damage to the surrounding tissue. In tumor flare reaction symptoms involve well beyond the injection site such as an increase in the tumor size and tumor markers levels, bone pain, and HYPERCALCEMIA.
A transplantable, poorly differentiated malignant tumor which appeared originally as a spontaneous breast carcinoma in a mouse. It grows in both solid and ascitic forms.
A malignant cystic or semisolid tumor most often occurring in the ovary. Rarely, one is solid. This tumor may develop from a mucinous cystadenoma, or it may be malignant at the onset. The cysts are lined with tall columnar epithelial cells; in others, the epithelium consists of many layers of cells that have lost normal structure entirely. In the more undifferentiated tumors, one may see sheets and nests of tumor cells that have very little resemblance to the parent structure. (Hughes, Obstetric-Gynecologic Terminology, 1972, p184)
A solid tumor consisting of a dense infiltration of MAST CELLS. It is generally benign.
An adenocarcinoma in which the tumor elements are arranged as finger-like processes or as a solid spherical nodule projecting from an epithelial surface.
