A Study of MK4827 in Combination With Standard Chemotherapy in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors

Summary

This study will test the hypothesis that MK4827 administered in combination with standard doses of carboplatin, carboplatin/paclitaxel, or carboplatin/liposomal doxorubicin has acceptable tolerability and that the observed side effects, pharmacodynamics, and pharmacokinetics will allow the determination of a maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and a recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D).
