This study will test the hypothesis that MK4827 administered in combination with standard doses of carboplatin, carboplatin/paclitaxel, or carboplatin/liposomal doxorubicin has acceptable tolerability and that the observed side effects, pharmacodynamics, and pharmacokinetics will allow the determination of a maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and a recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D).
Allocation: Non-Randomized, Control: Uncontrolled, Endpoint Classification: Safety Study, Intervention Model: Single Group Assignment, Masking: Open Label, Primary Purpose: Treatment
