The purpose is to see if solifenacin has any effect on bladder wall thickness and urine inflammatory marker measurements after 12 weeks of treatment.
All subjects will enter a 2 week placebo run-in period followed by a 12 week treatment period, when they will be randomized to one of 3 arms. Subject will attend for 4 study visits.
