Clinical Trials [3976 Associated Clinical Trials listed on BioPortfolio]

Small Intestinal Submucosa Scaffold Combined With Adipose-derived Stem Cells to Form an Adipocyte-containing Hypodermis

Human adipose tissues were obtained from five healthy adult women who underwent abdominal liposuction. They were aged 28 to 45 years (mean, 32.15±4.8 years) and had no infectious or endoc...

Evaluation of Adipose Derived Stem Cells Treatment of Periodontitis

The adipose stem cells exosomes will be extracted from adipose stem cells isolated autogenously from the patient to be injected locally into the periodontal pockets in order to evaluate th...

Adipose Derived Stem Cells Transplantation for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is the name for a collection of lung diseases including chronic bronchitis, emphysema and chronic obstructive airways disease. People with COPD...

Safety and Efficacy of Autologous Adipose-Derived Stem Cell Transplantation in Type 2 Diabetics

The purpose of this study is to determine whether intravenous administration of autologous adipose-derived stem cells is of benefit in the management of types 2 diabetics.

The Clinical Application of Adipose-Derived Stem Cells on Facial Rejuvenation

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the adipose-derived stem cells therapy is effective in the treatment of facial rejuvenation.

Role of lineage-specific matrix in stem cell chondrogenesis.

Cartilage repair in clinics is a challenge owing to the limited regenerative capacities of cartilage. Synovium-derived stem cells (SDSCs) are suggested as tissue-specific stem cells for chondrogenesis...

Isolation of Secretome with Enhanced Antifibrotic Properties from miR-214-Transfected Adipose-Derived Stem Cells.

Secretome refers to the total set of molecules secreted or surface-shed by stem cells. The limitations of stem cell research have led numerous investigators to turn their attention to the use of secre...

The Roles of Podoplanin-Positive/Podoplanin-Negative Cells from Adipose-Derived Stem Cells in Lymphatic Regeneration.

Secondary lymphedema is a refractory disease, for which adipose-derived stem cells have shown some therapeutic potential. However, the mechanism of this action remains poorly understood.

Adipose-derived stem cells contribute to cardiovascular remodeling.

Obesity is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Adipose tissue was initially thought to be involved in metabolism through paracrine. Recent researches discovered mesenchymal stem cel...

Adipose-Derived Stem Cells and Ceiling Culture-Derived Preadipocytes Cultured from Subcutaneous Fat Tissue Differ in Their Epigenetic Characteristics and Osteogenic Potential.

Adipose-derived stem cells and ceiling culture-derived preadipocytes can be harvested from subcutaneous adipose tissue. Little is known about the epigenetic differences, which may contribute to differ...

Medical and Biotech [MESH] Definitions

Cells with high proliferative and self renewal capacities derived from adults.

Cells from adult organisms that have been reprogrammed into a pluripotential state similar to that of EMBRYONIC STEM CELLS.

Bone-marrow-derived, non-hematopoietic cells that support HEMATOPOETIC STEM CELLS. They have also been isolated from other organs and tissues such as UMBILICAL CORD BLOOD, umbilical vein subendothelium, and WHARTON JELLY. These cells are considered to be a source of multipotent stem cells because they include subpopulations of mesenchymal stem cells.

Progenitor stem cells found in the testicles.

Stem cells derived from HEMATOPOIETIC STEM CELLS. Derived from these myeloid progenitor cells are the MEGAKARYOCYTES; ERYTHROID CELLS; MYELOID CELLS; and some DENDRITIC CELLS.
