ECG monitoring is relatively new mode of monitoring in the delivery room. While its use has been positively received by many practitioners of NRP, concerns have been raised about delaying chest compressions for a pulseless baby who may have electrical cardiac activity. It is unknown whether ECG leads do indeed provide a false sense of security in the delivery room. The investigators will be investigating this further using simulation.

We will evaluate the acceptability, feasibility and impact of an online tool that helps patients identify financial benefits that they are entitled to at six clinic sites over a three month period. We will answer the following questions: Is an online tool that addresses income security feasible and acceptable to clinicians? Can such a tool be integrated into regular clinic workflow? What is the patient perspective on the tool and what is the short-term impact?

Children without consistent access to sufficient and nutritious food show sustained disadvantages. To understand the interdependencies among strategies and decision-making processes used to select them, the investigators conducted a two-pha...
The effectiveness of micronutrient powders or MNP as a strategy for the prevention of micronutrient deficiencies has been described in the literature. However, few studies have shown the impact of the inclusion of other simultaneous actions on the different dimensions of food and nutritional security (as in the case of the project "Papas más nutritivas") that will contribute to the improvement of nutritional status, obtaining potentially greater benefits.
