Genomics Collaborative Incorporated Company Profile

17:59 EDT 26th September 2017 | BioPortfolio

Genomics Collaborative, Inc's mission is to facilitate the discovery of genes associated with common diseases and the identification of pharmaceutical targets.

Genomics Collaborative, Inc. (GCI) has developed an integrated system composed of Global Repository™, GCI Discovery™, an expert genetics team, technology collaborations, and proprietary software.

The GCI approach emphasizes problem definition, genetic analyses, and subtraction software leading to the identification of genetic associations. The next step concentrates on validation of the association across different population groups, followed by tissue and protein analyses of gene functions and mechanisms, leading to the development of specific therapeutic and diagnostic targets. GCI prefers to utilize its system in collaboration with its academic and industrial partners.

GCI's resources will aid in the discovery of gene function and the improvement of diagnosis, prediction, prevention, and treatment of disease.
