UChicago Medicine receives $1.8 million grant to improve diabetes care in underserved communities

(University of Chicago Medical Center) Researchers from the University of Chicago Medicine have received a five-year, $1.8 million grant, from the US Department of Health and Human Services Office of Minority Health to develop a program that could help improve diabetes care for low-income racial and ethnic minority patients.
