Executive Summary

More than 270 industry antibody R&D projects related to cancer therapy have been identified. There are more than 50 companies involved in developing antibody based cancer treatment, 12 approved monoclonal antibodies for at least 5 cancer indications are today a reality. No less than 9 companies have reached phase III trials. Our aim has been to elucidate changes in how antibodies are used for trying to cure cancer.
